Code of Ethics

We conduct our practice in accordance with the Code of Ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

As a firm of Chartered Accountants, MN & Co. is governed by the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Code of Ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Our partners and staff are bound by the professional and ethical standards prescribed thereunder.

Our conduct is guided by the fundamental principles of professional ethics. We do not solicit professional work through advertisement or any inducement, and we present information about our firm and services for informational purposes only.
